18" wheels that fit Brembo GT kit 380mm rotors

Want to go back to 18" wheels... but got the brembo GT kit 380 F/R.

Searched this and found BBS LM race wheels can fit these? If so, which ones: http://www.cantrellmotorsport.com/products/bbs/bbs.html

any others?

thanks!

looks like maybe C10 and C14 CCW 1pc wheels fit as well.

maybe can widen the footprint as well. will have the camber parts and would like to do so with out modifications to fenderwells.

If anyone here has experience with similar set up on their car, please share!

looks like a close shave. these should be 380's in this photo.

really flush

CCW has a series of 18"s that fit, as well as BBS Racing (from www.carnewal-europe.com) and Cargraphic Racing 18" is also suitable for 380mm. (from www.cargraphic.de) to name a few.

No idea though how the calipers fit but they should.

18" is highly recommended for driving!

The CCW Corsairs C10 or C14, do have plenty of clearence for those brakes, or any other for that matter.

Thanks guys... I'm thinking C10s 9 and 12 inch wide
https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...installed.html
digging up an old post. My car's no lower than OP's and willing to raise the car if needed. Already tore the lip off 3 times! Those in the know, OP... please advise whether OP's set up (wheel and tire) has clearance issues (rubbing).

if so which of one or combination of the following are required?
a) camber adjustments with in stock range.
b) camber/caster adjustments over and above stock range.
c) rolling fenders, removing fender linings - dont want to do this.

and finally clearance for fender well setups?

narrowest tire to use with 12" wide wheels?

are sizes between 295 and 315 adviceable with good tire choice?

Came across this Post which is helpful but there's so many different caster/camber setups mentioned, got me all confused.

Thank you!

C10's in 9" and 12" will work perfectly on your car, and not have clearance issues. I would recommend 305 or 315mm tires, which is normal set up with CCW's. I would recommend 245mm or 255mm in the front depending upon your tire choice. Most people running CCW's would likely also be running Hoosier R6's, since that is what they mostly recommend and install on their wheels. A lot of people in the Porsche racing world have been working with John and his guys at CCW for years. Their stuff seems to be the norm for the hardcore porsche racers.

Thanks for replies. Yes a few forum members are running these. but most are using Hoosiers which from what i understand are smaller in diameter for width as compared to street tires. And some have major alignment tweeks.

Understand the diameters need to be kept with in 5% of each other. anyone have street tire size recommendations for these wheels that don't rub or require fender mods? thanks

alternatively I'm ok with running 235/295s if there's no performance benefit going bigger for street driving.

hmmm... silver or black on a white car

I am running 315's in back on champion RG5's. Dunno if they fit over the Brembos, but they are amazing rims. Light strong, and it took ONE(1) weight to balance the rear 18x11.5 with 315 PS2's on them.

thanks!

Because of the BBS LM's inner step lip, it's a bit harder to fit Big Brake Setups especially 380mm kits.

I've found that designs like the Advan RZ-DF wheels and Forgestar F14 wheels clear BBK setups with ease! Plus, they're very light - much lighter than those BBS LMs you were considering!

I think you would struggle with LM's as im running 19's with a 380 set up front and rear and there isnt alot of clearance.
