Its a bit quite on the board at the moment so I thought I’d post some pic`s of our muffler being built.

anything unique about the muffler? have you benchmarked HP gain over stock? Sound character? Weight?

Ken, This muffler derives from the race system, It has 100 cell race cats with 70mm Piping and gives a 20hp increase with no resonance. The build quality is on par with Europipe.

looks hot. would love to hear some soundclips if you get the chance. can you describe the sound characteristics at all? raspy, hollow, loud, agressive? is it based off of Supersprint muffler, or is it engineered and manufactured by PSI? and lastly, if it sounds anything like that one car video you posted from Spa last time, the PSI sounds the best i've heard. of course that's on a fully built race car, but i loved the clean and throaty throbbing at idle.

Where does the second oxygen sensor go?

I don't understand the purpose of the dyno chart.

This is a new exhaust from PSI but you have posted a Dyno chart dated in 2001 written in German and with an address in Belgium? How can that be relevant to this "new" exhaust?

It's been four years in development.

The explination why the dyno chart is 4 years ago is because this is the exhaust was develped for years ago.But was made in small numbers & now being made on a larger scale. As for where the O2 go .....1 before the cat & one after

When you say "no resonace" do you really mean it or is it another marketing scam like others had done in the past?

Your system looks very sexy and light but I don't want to buy another aftermarket exhaust that turns my TT into a headache box

Still fighting with the last guy that claimed "No Resonance" and don't care for it one bit!
