Wrapping my car - Suggestions

Guys,

Am planning to wrap my artic silver 996tt with the full Tech Art kit and would like to seek for any opinion and advice.
Went to the shop yesterday and the guy recommended going with met black for the whole car with the exception of the roof and spoiler which will be in black carbon fibre.

Any suggestions on different options is most appreciated.
I would prefer something that is not too loud..

Wouldn´t do the carbon fibre wrap. Carbon fibre is only ok if it´s real carbon fibre. Do everything black. And don´t forget to post before and after pics.

I'm with Szpet... fake carbon fiber is pretty "Fast and Furious"

My choices in this order- matte white, matte gray, matte black

I personally think matte black is extremely played out imo. Matte white would be my choice or if possible, wrap it this color

I assume you mean your roof and wing now are already in CF so wouldn't be wrapped right? Never heard of CF wrap.

I would also consider the white...not to mention AZ gets hottttt...

[Szpet] Matte black looks mean but like what Edwin says, it's really overdone. Have seen a couple of Porsche's in this color. Matte black Cayenne's look good as it's a big car.

[NOLA911] Matte white is a great color. Only thing is that I heard maintaining matte white is a real pain as unlike normal paint work, when you have a stain, it's a real challenge to get it off.. Have you had any experience with a wrapped matte white car?

[PrecisionPorsch] The 599 looks great in that color. May consider this

[s14roller] Seems everyone's in for white

I say go for gloss white, not Matte white or go for something completely different like this Photochop job I did a while back of this GT3RS. If you did this, I'd choose BMW Laguna Seca Blue with Orange Turbo Script.

Gloss white is something I am inclined to go with. Was thinking gloss white with CF Roof, Spoiler, Side Skirts, Side mirrors and the lower portion of the fron and rear bumper.
Gloss black also is something I may consider.
Laguna Blue may be a little loud for me

Your in AZ? Come by my place, I have 3 cars wrapped here right now and other stuff you can look at. We do it all the time LOL. BTW temperature will not affect the material or longevity. This wrap on my 997TT has been on the car over a year.

For suggestions, here is what I have done on wraps for customers.

That green BMW looks horrid lol It looks like someone took the original paint off of an old 70's Datsun and some how managed to put it on the Bimmer. How'd they do that? lol Better yet, WHY?!?! I'm sure it looks better in person (at least I hope so) but it doesn't phot real well in my opinion.

[vividracing] Thanks for posting the pics. Your matte blue 997 tt looks superb. Was thinking of doing the same but am not too sure how it would turn out on a 996tt

Was at the shop earlier today and we went thru several colors by sticking small sections of the car with different options. They had 12 shades of matte black.. from the "matter" version to the glossier version. I was amazed by the CF sticket variants they had too.

At the end, we decided to go for a glossier matte black with a CF roof, spoiler and bumper lip.

They will be wrapping my current brushed rims with glossy black too.

It's a real experiment and I can't wait to see how it turns out.
Will keep you guys posted with some pics. Should be ready next Tuesday.
Thanks for all the suggestions !!!
