Thanks Tony for the quick response. I am getting it tested today. Sometimes it throws bank 1 total misfire code as well on idle. but very rare.

Looks like i need to get the vac leak taken care off and then all issues will be solved.

Definitely a boost leak. Could be bad O2's, but I had the same codes with misfires as well and when I tracked down all the leaks I had so many that I was worried my car would be eaten by mice.

Hope you find it Vinod...

its probably at the left side of the plenum behind the TB.... A dv line, a FPR line, and a secondary air pump line goes there... etc...

mostly this happens after installs of other parts... things get moved, pinched, etc and over time they come apart...

Thanks Mark, my mechanic just did a smoke test and found some leak behind the throttle body.
