Will any of the relatively inexpensive ODBII dataloggers report on the knock sensor or manifold pressure? If the knock sensor is being triggered what changes will you see in the A/F, boost, and timing?

Most of the data loggers DO NOT report knock count. You need something more professional than that like a PSTII/III. They will do manifold pressure and timing. Most will not do fuel trim either. If you watch the AFRs and the timing you would know if knock control was activated.

I have not been able to get the harrison unit to read manifold pressure. It does fuel trim very well.
Maybe someone will get the VAG-COM to work on a Porsche.

Andrew its time you dump that thing and get into a Porsche!
