could be from many things,
improper repair paint job (IE cheap Clear or just bad job)
improper care of stock paint
use of too harsh of cleaning chemicals/buffing wheels burning the clear off
and not sealing or protecting the Clear coat
my father had his pickup detailed a few years ago and the kid buffed it so hard that he removed all the clear now it looks like a jaloppy red neck paint job. it used to be a 40k truck now were putting a paint job on it cause its so ugly.

Most often this type of thing is from a repaint. It's rare that factory paint on a Porsche would react this way unless the years of buffing have worked through the clear. Your example looks like a repaint to me. Yes bird droppings can create problems as well but your example does no appear to be that. A good body shop can evaluate it and determine the cause in most cases. The repair should be very inexpensive.

the paint is original, never repainted the car!
i have the car for 3 years and in this time I took care of it, at least one tine per year it goes to detailing (sealant and wax)
