wait, you added only 35 bhp over stock and went from low 13's(stock) to 11.7 that's the biggest 35 horses there ever was
I take it you are selling swampland as well

Yeah, I wouldn't fool around with evos or street racing at all in a P car. What do you have to prove? And evos do make stupid power for little cash. If you think 6s are impressive, wait till a well tuned 9 takes you. Not worth getting yourself humbled imo.

I know they are going to beat my 996 soon if i don't improve my mods what is hard for me to do it now because i can't save enough for moding.
But i agree totally with you.

I have seen some really fast Evos out there. They can be made fast for relatively cheap. The Evos have tons of potential but you are still pushing the engine and transmission pretty far past intended long term capabilities. They are not as overbuilt as the german sports cars for the most part. While it is true that an evo can be made faster than the 996 or 997tt, it is still a ticking maintenance bomb to be pushing that much power through those cars in the long term without building them all around. So the comparison is really apples and hand grenades as far as I am concerned. If you want a contest, push 600hp through a stock evo and a stock 996tt engine and see which one lasts longer without breaking drivetrain and engine mechanical parts.
