I wish I could say it was patience. Truth be told, I gave up. Parked it for awhile, bought a Ferrari 360 and have played with it most of the summer. But being a life long Porsche lover, my motivation is renewed and I want to get this damn thing right (plus it is soooo much faster than the 360).

All of your problems are symptoms of a bad tune. Keep what you have, load the EPL tune and datalog for Tony. You will be stunned at the results. My car has stock boost control...never overboosts and has all the protection of the ECU. You would be doing yourself a disservice not loading the EPL tune, you already have it. Oh and fix your boost leaks first!!!

 

This is the first thing i would look at......Mark is right ......get the car to someone that knows these cars and have everything checked.The last thing i would do is change the tune.The tune may very well be the problem but i would leave that as my last resort.FYI i had a similar setup
with GT28's and a Giac tune and the car ran flawless.

 

yup ... and now your car just pulls the front wheels off the ground

 

which leads to drifting at 230.....

 

That's what you get for dickin around trying to open your sunroof instead of paying attention...
