My new 2001 GT2!
Had a couple friends call me up about a very low mileage gray market 2001 GT2 at the local dealer, I’ve been in a GT3 shopping mode lately but decided to have my friends check it out for me while I am in Germany. Once I saw the pictures and heard back about how gorgeous it was, I was in love, so here it is...my new 2001 (no typo) GT2! It is finishing up inspection and the funds are ready to be transferred.

Thanks Scott, Chuck, et al, you did have some influence on this :-) Now to see how long I can keep it stock...
Will be keeping blue as my heavy abuse car, I have waaaay to much invested to sell it.

Thanks!
I was supposed to go to Spa, but had work commitments, but was able to watch and was able to go to Hockenheim for the German GP.

The car is awesome. No it isn't from Michael Stead Porsche. IT is also a 2001. Not sure Chris mentioned that. It is a beauty in person and nearly perfect. I checked it out very closely, so chris may have to get the interior cleaned a bit, I did bring a towel. Since D33PBLUE is not married he has no need to worry about the "Widowmaker" moniker.
Congrats bro, can't wait to get it on the road.
Oh, I did not notice a clear bra on it, so maybe they can do that before it leaves the place.
