The interior of the Mckenna car is terra cotta. The ascot is a combo of ascot/black. The steering wheel is two tone as are the seats. This can be seen in Ben's photo. The terra cotta has one color seats and steering wheel.
yeah, i think the totality of being ALL terra cota (vs. two tone) is what can give it the pumpkin look in the right light. what colors did you order?

MKW is infamous around these parts
Terracotta may be on my next Turbo PROVIDED I can spec it with deviating black carpets /upper dash/steering wheel/exterior colored rear center console.- sorta a " showcar " look .
Would go well with GT Silver .

Ben, Thanks for the PM. I went with guards red with dark grey with deviating stitching and belts in red. It is the same color as my 996TT, I may switch it to GT silver. I was going to go with Gulf blue special order, porsche has already done two, they sent me a picture and it looks to powder blue to me. They would not put on the orange stipes like the 917 race cars, if they would I probably would have done it. I also like black but the car has such flat surfaces that I think swirl marks will be everywhere.

solution:don't use a buffer!! new cars don't need them....hand polishing only.

that would have been too cool with the gulf blue with orange stripes. it would definetely be the only one! i think the car actually looks best in red (of all the stock colors anyway) and think you'll be thrilled with that combo you ordered. the deviating stiching and belts will look sharp!
