Steering column squeak?

Couldn't find answers with the search... Anyway, my steering wheel has enough of a squeak that it is annoying. It is intermittent, and only when bringing the wheel back to center slowly. My theory is that the original owner (whom I bought the car from) was a rather heavy gentleman, and maybe he used the wheel to help haul himself out of the car. The squeak sounds like it is coming from whichever bearing/bushing is closest to the driver. Thoughts on how to fix? Os there a lube nipple under there?
