O/T Bought the wife a Pebble Beach SC430

Friday night I took my wife out to eat and surprised her with an 04' Pebble Beach edition SC430 ("1 of 400 made"). I must say that this car is pure Awesome you almost forget that you are driving a car. She is in love with the car and is already trying to pick wheels for the car ......Several months of debating on this or the SL500 and she decided to tell me almost 3 weeks ago that she liked the Lexus better. So I got a call from my dealer on Thursday that they got the Pebble in and I pulled the trigger. The best part about this is that I have major brownie points for the Porsche and GS ......Here are some pics:

Congratulations on the new car!

Ben, "1 of 400 made." It's more rare than the TT Cab!

Here are the specs, "Pebble Beach Special Edition ($2,000) includes run-flat tires, rear spoiler, azure metallic paint, azure painted wheels, lighted blue scuff plates, black bird's-eye maple wood trim, Pebble Beach Special Edition emblems and floor mats, Pebble Beach golf bag." For 2000 dollars extra, I think is is an amazing value. Last time I went to pebble beach, I think a golf bag cost almost that much.

Those are the options my friend. I also got the dealer down $3k off of Sticker which is quite an accomplishment considering the last special edition "Neiman Marcus" is still selling at more than sticker ..

If Porsche had a better NAV system I bet more people would get it as an option. I love the lexus NAV system very easy to use and very quick.

Congrats...

The interior is beautiful, but IMHO the wheels on all SC430's are butt ugly... Glad to here she is already looking for replacements. I have seen a few with aftermarket wheels and it makes a big difference.
