Well there'd be no real maf scaling in the tuning??? I guess you'd need to talk to your tuner about it.

I agree, this no tread of Mafless tuning is not a true solution... There is no way to actually calculate load.

we took of the aftermarket maf we use on my car and saw no difference in performance.. and thats on a dyno.... just sharing my experience...

Performance vs safety are two different things... You have no way to calculated load based on airflow.

Basically you are relying MUCH too heavily on the knock sensors and 02 sensors to sort things out if you are unable to measure load.... This isnt tuning, this is a shot in the dark while letting secondary subsystems work things out.

I'm sorry if thats sounds harsh, I just never thought I would see this kind of thing in such a high end market.

I agree
My point was that we did both on my car and there was performance benefit.
My point is that we thought we would see 50rwhp more and we did not. Granted it's not on a stock maf but recently a many Members are all caught up in a mafless set up. I say think twice
