thats the beauty of it. bolts right on, deploys as stock. no muss no fuss, and is probably even lighter placing possibly even less stress on the rams. it is THE wing for these classicly understated when down, and incredibly fierce when deployed. just dont expect full unimpeded rear window visbility when deployed as it cuts mine by a good 30/35%. but its fine, you can still see who is behind you

That said my research tells me the biggest reason the stock rams fail is being left in the up position 24/7 by those with "small ego's", as this leaves the system under and 8bar or so load all the time, when it was only designed to be under that load when over 75 mph...which in a street cars life is not very much, even in Germany.
All that said, I do LOVE this wing.

Not sure how this is true. The weight static, meaning in your hands, is irrelevant to the rams. The weight under load, i.e. at 75mph or more is the issue....esp AS the rams delay under load. This will, but virtue of its shape surely produces a lot more load (down force & drag) than the stock wing does.

and i agree also about deployed wings while sitting trying to look "cool" wtf is THAT!? and the number #! source of ram seepage faiure possible, i am sure. ive advised folks for YEARS when posting pics showing them "up" not to leave them deployed. i dont even use the button when washing any more lol.
after 5+ years and a successful spoiler re-bleed with lucas stop leak and pentosin im far too superstitious to put ANY undue stress on them. i just let em do what they do

Your welcome I only mentioned because it was my fault I should of test fitted my wing before having it painted. Where can I order these washers my wing did not come with any washers but it was a few years ago I ordered it from you.
