Most stock X-50s have been tested numerous times in the very low 12s to high 11s at around 119-121mph. These cars are often times running 91 Octane. To compare these to Stage IV cars which are supposed to make approximately 600+hp on pump gas and presumably more on race gas (which is what many run in these cars), to a 450hp stock car you think you would see much more than 4-5mph with 150+ hp increase
Just my $.02

what i mean is that at vegas shoot out none even broke nto the 10s.. and there were cars with 900 rear wheel HP -tested). Most of the cars were highly modified and not only "fast at the 1/4 track' but also set up for the road track.
So if a 900Rwhp TT didnt brake into 10.s... and I with off the shelf bolt ons ran 11.5... thats only 4 tenths off. thats not bad. most cars ran between 11.7sec. to 11.03sec. or something like that. they were all over the map as far as MPH... anywhere from 119 to 140mph.... it seems that we have a hard time putting this power to the ground.
just my .02 cents

In comparison, I saw 2-3mph with an exhaust change on a Viper which only added about 35hp to the wheels. I saw a 13mph+ increase after adding about 200hp to the wheels. It looks like most dyno graphs of the stage IV kit yield about 155hp to the wheels so you would think you should see close to 130mph in the Porsche.
I know it is difficult if not impossible to compare improvements on 2 totally different cars, but the point I was trying to make was that for 155+hp at the wheels, it would be reasonable to assume that any car should pick up at least several mph in the 1/4 mile.

Well said, exactly what I am thinking, if the stage 4 kits gain 150 @ the wheels there should be a bigger difference.

Mowateriology,
I hope i can see you more often in Kuwait cousin. I would be happy to show you the car at any time. You can have it for as long as you want. As for pictures, I will try to post some when i have my hands on a few.
