Remove the "Turbo" sticker from the rear deck?
I'm REALLY tempted to take it off. Not a big fan of it...
Thoughts/comments? It seems like everyone else likes them b/c I haven't seen any removed...?

I don't like the shiny chrome look either - I removed mine and put on another I had painted flat black. I think it looks much better. If you want to remove it here's a good tip that I used successfully: Get some fishing line and wrap it around your fingers like you would floss. Ease it behind the logo and pretty much "floss" it off by moving it up down while you slide it along the back. Keep your fingers pressed close against the lid to get as much of the adhesive off as possible. You can then use an adhesive remover (even WD-40 works well) to remove the adhesive. Be sure to snap a photo beforehand if you plan on putting one back on later so you know exactly where it goes. Good luck!

I bought a GT2 decklid which didn't have it. I like it but i got tired of people asking me what type or Porsche it was because people always go to the back to see what it is. Those who knew the wing asked if it was a gt2 and those who had no clue asked if it was a carrera.
I got tired and bought the 944 turbo badge which is black, on my black car it doesn't show much, i like it better than the chrome thing.
At least now people know what it is and i saved myself a couple of dumb questions.

I hated the chrome too. I removed it and went with nothing. I had a lot of questions on what kind of car it was. I too replaced it with a black boxster badge from my old (debadged)boxter- lots of confused looks but not a single question.
I ended up painting a turbo badge black and replacing it. I think I like it but may debadge it again and deal with the questions.
