In december 2009 i was in Germany at 9ff,they use 10w60.

Redline now offers the 10W-60 Synthetic with Ester that is recommended by BMW for the E46 M3 engine (S54). Retail is around $13.00 per quart, but can be purchased for less by the case. I think I paid around $11 per quart in the case quantity.

Available at any BMW dealer.

Really? Approved by BMW for the S54?

OR BMW LL01/04 "rated".

Two totally different things. Just saying.
