I think they handle the same amount of boost the 996's do, but since they breathe better (due to different heads and cams), they make more power at the same boost level. I bet Ed's car is making around 875 awhp, give or take.

I would have loved to except i broke something (either the tranny or the diff ) at E-town today.

Joe, Do you have a cage in your car? I ask because they will not let me in E-town or Atco anymore.

Those are unbelievable times. No doubt the 997 has better flow and fueling.
They also manage the power better through the electronic front diff. I believe the 997 is 100% RWD until it senses tire slip.
Doesn't the 997 use the same rods as the 996?
