Pilot Sport 2 N3 vs. N4 and combinations
Ok so long story short. I have almost new 295/30 ZR18 98Y RF Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 FSL EL N4 tires on rear wheels. I damaged my rear left tire few days ago. It's not deflated but I wouldn't drive around with that damage.
Anyway. I'm having real problems geting replacement tire(s). Since the other one is new I'l thinking about changing only one.
Only option I have right now is to get ONE Pilot SPORT PS2 295/30 ZR18 98Y XL BSW, N3.
So basicaly I can't get the tire I need OR have two different tires. What are my options? I can wait but it would suck. How stupid it would be to actualy put the tire I can get on temporarily?
I'm visiting local official Porsche office (I'm abroad right now) to see what they can do but I don't have much hope.

My opinion, fwiw, is to wait. Why throw good money away? It is never a good idea to mix-n-match, even though the tires 'appear' to be the same size, there could be a slight circumference difference, which can cause problems.
If you absolutely had to, I would recommend you replace both rear tires (yeah, that would suck too!) so that both are the same. That will alleviate any potential issues that can be caused by running different tires (as minorly different as these two tires may be, you'd hate to find out down the road that 'x' was caused by having two different tires).
Good luck.
