Evo GT700 vs. CGT!!
#18
To answer a few questions:
The car really is in between a GT700 and 750 kit... (i.e bigger throttle body, etc, minus the 750 turbos)
The car made 642whp according to Stu Fredrick, but we added a custom air box that is good for another 12-15whp according to Evo..so figure ~655-660whp with matched Tq, on 100 oct.
Stock internals.
Tri7even: No, mine is black 4.4L single turbo. The white car was built by a shop in Atl.

It was a really good race but all in all the 911 is faster barely, only seen up top. in the last run the 911 really starts to pull as u can see my buddie look at the car pulling, then lets off.
Part 2 were going to the highway so that will hopefully answer a few more questions.
Down low it was a great race. The 911 would pull slightly, but on the shift the CGT would come back.....(with its awsomely quick shifts and responce vs. classic turbo lag.)
Both cars were also suffering from traction loss, espically the CGT.
Highway speeds should fix that problem...
I'll ride with the CGT next time to blance out the weight difference a little more as well.
Till next time,
Paul

Paul,
Beautiful car! (Mainly due to the fact that I also own one of those! haha) What kind of turbos are you guys using? Is the manifold tubular setup or log style? How much boost? Was it a custom stroker kit? What is your compression ratio? Also, have you seen the white one? I believe it was at last year's SEMA. Sorry for all the questions!

LOL... what about the guys running the GT750 Kit .....
their are several people making more power and still running stock rod's....
I guess it's just a matter of time..lol like anything else.
I was told that your good till ~800 flywheel..
Tri7even:
You also have a turbo'd SC 430?
