does the techart front bumper require any modifications to ducts/vents or anything?

There is more than one techart bumper...GTS, TypeII...what you do with ducting is up to you. It is possible to get the same GT2 bumper ducting for one of the techart bumpers. There is also some modification to the Bracket mount if I recall.

Yes, the fit is just as good if not better than OEM.
