Can you check the manufature date of the tires?
Its a 4 digit code something like 4210
first 2 digits are for the week of the year and last to for the year
so 4210 stands for 42nd week of 2010

looks like one was 5206 and another was 1607 for the date codes.

While those are certainly awesome performance tires, I would never run R compound on the street again. If you live in an area that gets wet roads or any sand/gravel on the road, be very careful. Those are probably fairly loud as well. With an 80 tread wear rating, you are probably lucky to get 4000 miles on those things. I would definitely prefer them for the Track though, especially at those prices.
