Removing rear seat belts?

Can someone please help me find a DIY or tell me how to remove the rear seat belts? I have removed the seats and buckles but cant figure out how to remove the belts themselves... I searched high and low on multiple forums but came up empty handed. Thanks in advance!

Yes I see that bolt but the belts go further down... How do you remove the tensioner that is buried lower down?

Boostin is infamous around these parts
I would love to know as well. I almost tackled it yesterday but then decided I don't want to start pulling off panels, etc.

You need to remove the plastic and get an extension for your ratchet. It's a pain but after the plastic is off or even lose you get in there and get it lose. I believe it is 12mm or 14 I can check later.

Just did it for during the rear wiper removal, rollbar and Recaro install-remove the side panels, It was not fun but I had most of my interior apart for audio install. Good Luck

Remove the Rear Wiper

The hardest part is paying for the $42.95 for a custom painted plug...
