We just did a Recaro Profi XL Race seat install on a customer's 996 TT:

Our customer is a seasoned racer who wanted a better seat in his 996 for track duty. He specifically wanted something that sat low and would hold him place.
We recommended the Recaro Profi XL, the same seat we have on our S3 Race car, as it really fit the bill to what he was searching for. We did a custom install where we sat the seat a far back and low as possible.

End result was success. Customer, who is 6+ feet tall felt very comfortable and loved the feel of the seat on track. He said it was a great improvement to not have to struggle to stay in place in his seat on the track.
