Sweet smell of coolant

I put my 2003 TT away for the winter last month & once it was up on the trailer, I smelled antifreeze coolant up near the front of the car. There doesn't appear to be any leaks/drips anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas where I should be looking.
I just want to be ready in the spring when I break her out.

Check all 3 of your radiators, they are prone to leaking. I replaced 2 last year
