Mine is very comfortable, it's just that when I get it adjusted properly the steering wheel is too close to my leg. I think the solution is a smaller diameter steering wheel.

I'm 6'4" and can't seem to find the right seat position for the life of me.

Stock seats began to punish me. Try Recaro sport seats....sat in them for 9 straight days from Kentucky back to Las Vegas (the long way), great seats. (I'm 6'3"). Had them made with deviated stitching to match the rest of the car.

The stock seats are a pain in the behind. The sport seats are much more comfortable, to me at least.

Maybe

but it never seems firm enough, or it matters whether I wear a belt or not etc, an Audi or my Stradale seems to have none of these issues

I'm 6'4" as well and hate the sport seats and stock seats. The only comfort I found was in my turbo cab, it had supple leather and I found it VERY comfortable.

I had the sport seats in my old Pcar and they were fine for short drives, but not for long ones... I have stock with supple in my TT and I have driven 4 hours in them and they are way more comfortable than the sport seats were on long drives. I would not have guessed this and if I ordered my TT I would have added SS...

Gald I didn't.

I find GT3 seats, if your not to wide to be the most comfortable. They provide perfect posture, hence comfort. The key is hip width...of course driving the car is much better with them too since yur azz is nailed to the floor boards and does not slide around under g's...

Apparently, 6speed has a minimum height requirement. I'm 6'4", too.

That whole thing about tall people getting paid more seems to be panning out, then.

As for getting a comfy seat, I can get comfortable, but the steering wheel gives me about 1" of clearance from my right leg, and I always worry that it'll get in the way during spirited driving.

Can't do sport seats. Shoulders are too broad and get pinched together. Very uncomfortable. Supple leather seats work great.

Richard, I have the GT3 bucket seats in my TT, and just love them. I'm around Zürich too, so just let me know if you'd like to check them out.

Greetings,
--Pierre
