It really wasn't that hard. The whole process took about 45 minutes (including my second install to push the outer needles down a bit). Everything came appart quite easily. The instructions are very good with a couple of differences I noted. When prying up the needles, I did a very even kind of light bounce until they initially released, then I just used one pry bar and my fingers on the other side. When putting the needles on, they seem to rotate a bit as they go down. You have to fiddle a little to get the knack how much they will rotate on the way down. Just take it easy - move slowly and gently and you won't break anything.

Wow - those look just like the black faces in the dark! I wish someone had posted these pictures before I made my purchase.
