just out of curiousity - what would be the drivetrain loss on a RWD 996 GT2?

great results and well done!

Tony,
That is my point on the whole debate.
Take a stock car, see what it loses from stock fw rating to whp, and then add that figure back to the modded whp results.

I do believe that using a flat % is flawed as mods are added, because it will inflate the total loss and therefore give inflated fw estimates.

I'm curious, what does a stock 996tt make at the wheels on your dyno?

Thanks.

WOW!
That much of a disparity?
To what might you attribute the difference?

Cool, I'm likely going with Tial Alpha 3076's on my 2005 996 TSCab Protomotive 4.2L conversion this summer-shooting for well north of 800HP to the crank on pump.

Nice results! Congrats!

Tony just did my car....Thanks again Tony!!!

@ AMS w/ similar mods & 3071's- my car made 578 FT/LB's wonder how that compares to Tony's dyno

Hopefully some 60-130's & trap speeds are coming soon? Excited to see the results!!!

I know there has been discussion lately what the limit of the stock fuel pump is.... This is 100% the limit of a good working stock fuel pump.

Specs
Alpha 3076's with billet wheels (1.3 bar)
93 oct pump fuel... NO METH
USP Inlets (very nice piece!)
Europipe exhaust
72lb injectors
Custom EPL Tune
AWE IC's and silicone hoses

Ill post some dyno plots shortly.
Hey did he need an extra fuel pump with that set-up???

What were the air temps when you were dynoing??When Tony was connected to my car at Kelly Moss on their dyno,,Tony said I ran out of fuel and needed another fuel pump..Dyno room air temps were in low 50s then...As. I started a thread after that......I thought those 3076/billet Turbos flow alot more air then my K24/18gs??? Plus you made more HP+ TQ on the stock pump only...So, I am trying to get a handle on this because I am going back to Kelly Moss to have that done tomorrow.... ......Thanks
