correct air pressure for new wheel

hi, 03 996TT...just went from stock 18" OEM turbo rims to 19" champion ms RG5 wheels with 235/35/19 and 315/25/19....

wondering what the best recommended tire pressure is for someone just tooling around town, no track, occasional bursts to 130-140mph for a few miles at most, so. calif. driving....

i would think it's higher than the 18" pressure....
