well after much work, I have the amp and head unit finished up but the speakers are a whole different story. I'm fabbing up some fiberglass mounts to squeeze the 6 1/2" woofers in the door so it is a work in progress. I hope to have the speakers wired up and installed by the end of next weekend.

ok, here goes! forgive the crappy iphone pics! Still haven't weighed the car but after I install coilovers I'll get it on the scale.

I've messed with a few car stereos in the past and I have to say this was an interesting one. If anyone wants to do this, my recommendation is don't
only reason I took this on was because I have NO other speakers in the car; no rear speakers, no subs.
How does it sound? LOUD AND CLEAR! very crisp accurate sound even at high volume.
for the product models, refer to my mod list earlier in this thread.

here.
just be carefull.....and show us a pic of your car as finished and how much she weights.

well, I'm paying the price for buying a second hand set of JRZs. 2 of them were not compressing properly so I have to have them rebuilt before I can install them. So I STILL haven't gotten it on the scale for the corner weight/balance yet.

So I've been dormant on here for a while but after the suspension rebuild and various other repairs it's back to business. The suspension was installed with a corner balance/alignment and it feels great. I finally got it weighed and in it's current state it comes in at 3282 with 1/8 tank of gas.
