the stroke guy shoots 83
well it's been over two years now and my golf is still suffering but i shot 83 yesterday, no doubles !!!!
my clutch fear is gone , it's just like ol times in the p car .. in the last two years i have survived and three of my friends in the porsche club have passed away , one just yesterday. when i get upset about my stumbling around i remember how lucky i am to have survived my stroke... soooo am happy to be here!!!
oh for those of you who don't know the story two years ago i had a stroke and could not use my left leg or arm,it was very hard to drive the p car with only my right side...

Inspirational...
One of my best friends just dropped dead on his doorstep.. Massive heart attack. He was only 58 years old.
Glad to hear you are doing so well 2 years after the stroke.
Cheers....

Shoot, not bad for a stroke guy... :-)
83 is a helluva round in my book, shot an 83 last weekend myself and that's one of my best rounds to date.
I'm pretty sure only 5% of golfers who count ALL of their strokes shoot in 90s (the number may be off a pt or two but i recall reading that in a golf mag somewhere).

it does depend on the course you are playing (the course rateing) some are way ez ares is not , lots of trees and lakes come into play. but distance is my real problem i can only hit it 200 yrds. so its tough to reach the par 4s in two, but it was tough to walk across the room two years ago, and its another sunny day!!!
