these cost the same as the regular 18g/20g conversions as i was told
GTX = Garret wheels and not related

I'm going to strap my car to the dyno one of these days but at 1.6bar on the 20g's my guess is that the car makes damn close to that number. I need to adjust my wastegates but i'm confident this car will go 5.5 or better 60-130 with 1 shift. If we are going to (bench race for the sake of discussion ) compare those numbers with cars that have made similar power on the 60-130 charts the the car below me made 755 and the car above me made 724. I don't think my car is making 755 or anywhere near it but it should be in the 680 range.
I think Chris Green made 717whp on 24/18g's and E85. Thats the highest number I've ever heard on a K24 based turbo. There is the white 24/20g car up in MN that used to belong to Bobby. That was running 1.8 bar on C23. That car trapped 143mph if my memory serves me correctly and ran a 9.99 from what Todd Knighton told me. I would guess that car was making roughly 750whp.

OS...might I ask how much boost can I run on the new billet 20g's before I need to upgrade fuel, ic's and all that good stuff?
#29
Anything over 1.2 without proper fueling, IC's and piping on 20's will be dangerous. In fact I would say you are wasting money getting the 20's unless you intend to do the appropriate supporting mods. The 20's really shine on higher boost and without those supporting mods it would be dangerous (fueling) and inefficient (breathing). If you want to keep it simple do the 18's you can get away with fewer supporting mods.

20g's are big boy turbos
to make full use you need to remove the restrictions. if you dont they will be more laggy then an 18g and not make as much power as your looking for.
if your not prepared to get IC's Ford MAF, 3" intake piping second fuel pump big injectors along with the 20g's just get the 18gXT you'll be happier and if you want to go bigger later the cost to switch from 18gxt to 20g isn't much.
also a 20g turbo will destroy most clutches you'll need an upgraded clamp load clutch with fiber tough or ceramics to hold on a single disc, or get into a twin disc clutch.
