K16 Exhaust flange

Hi guys, Can you please tell me if these flanges will fit K16 exhaust side.

Doesn't look like the hole for the exhaust is large enough compared to the mounting holes.

Says the inner diameter is 2" and I would think it should be at least 3", idk for sure.

That flange is for a ko4 turbo not the k16,k24's. earl3 has the right one.
