I could not found any instruction of any kind. After playing with it I've learn the many functions. Yes ignition range are the overrev. Type 2 is the one to look for. Are you using version 5 or version 6 ?

hi, i don't know if i have version 5 or 6, the durametrics cable and instruction cd came with the car, and it says there are no type 2 ignition range overrevs, so thats good, i will see if i can download version 6, thanks for your help,..kk

If you used the search engine you will found a lot of informations about type 1 and type 2 overrev. Type 1 is less critical because the counter start as soon you hit the max revolution which can be done easily in first gear, but type 2 can be a miss shift...

Remember version 6 is still a beta and some functions are not working properly.
I very good function to learn about is "drive link" which aloud you to troubleshoot car systems like vario cam, air pump, cooling fans etc. There is a lot to learn....
