It's FINALLY HERE!!!
I am the proud owner of a "new" used 2004 911 Turbo (only 6,400 miles). It's a stock car and begging for some additions. The NAV head is first, turbos will come shortly.
After several searches for after market audio, I have more questions than when I started. PM or post would be great.
I need BlueTooth, NAV, XM Radio, and I-Phone integration...No need for the CD changer.
X16 Turbo and exhaust coming soon.

I put a Pioneer in mine and a Alpine amp. I like it very much. It has everything on your wish list. The alpine got mounted in the place where the changer was. The amp is a 4 channel bridged as a 2+1. The head unit is used to drive the rear channels. I'm still debating moving to external subs like my 993 has. I'll get some pics tomorrow if the weather holds.

My Kenwood/Hertz setup is awesome... We have some pics of its install if you go to "just bought an '01 996tt". Install was reasonable, albeit, I went way overboard with all new speakers, amplifier, and receiver. Complete bluetooth, nav, Iphone, and XM. Love it. Car is pretty loud so I'm glad I went with the high power set up. A couple of pics at the bottom of this thread

Thanks ALL for the feedback. Patrnflyr, can you post the pics? I looked through the thread and didn't see the install pics. 100% on the Kenwood/Alpine or similar conversion. Mobridge doesn't appear as a viable option. Does anyone else have an aftermarket unit and what do you like/dislike? Also, any recommendations on an installer in South Florida?
On a side note - Another forum member turned me onto Porsche. He also sent me this car as a potential buy. I would like to thank him for introducing me to a true driving machine. 2MuchTime-- Thanks brother!!

I just installed a Kenwood DNX 9980 with Sirius and Nav. The install took some time to make it look clean (mainly the GPS and Sirius antenna's) but I am very happy. I used this company to purchase the bezel unit around the radio. I looks very nice and has "Porsche" written on the bottom. It almost looks factory.

They don't have a very good website but look their ebay options and you will find the bezel. I also called them several times with questions when I received the package and they were always very helpful.
Best of Luck,
Bryan
