Good Shop/Mechanic in Norcal...

If the date/time works out for me -- I'd definitely like to join. I don't have any pending work on my car -- but it would be fun to just hangout, help and learn. I've updated the list accordingly.
Enrique - front rotors/pads we can do my front set and learn- should take 30 mins.
Eric - suspension components what suspension components ? dog bones ? those are easy. 45 min total for both sides... what else ?
Eugene - lower all 4 corners by about 1/4" (anyone has the PSS10/9 adjustment tools?) as long as you have the tool to lower it that is given when purchased,it should be easy. Jack the car up, and turn 4 corners accordingly. It won't be 100% corner balance for some real track driving, are you okay wit that ?
Oz- Rotors, pads, oil change, maybe spring install oz, you need new rotors and pads ? didn't you just do those at my house awhile ago ?! ....we can do oil change so others can learn. Springs are not hard, just make time awhile so lets put that on pending.
Eugene (Aerodude) - beer (foreign or domestic?) I'm not much of a drinker but stellas sound good

Truth be told, I'm not really a beer drinker either (but I thought it sounded better than sodas ). However, if it's beer, shouldn't it be German beer?

Absolutely! I love Warsteiner, but it should have been labeled FartSteiner. I would recommend Spaten Pils!

Great! Happy for you Enrique!

If you don't mind an outsider/newbie/prospective buyer(waiting for 991s to flood the market) joining in, I'd love to help and meet some of the crowd. I've done all my own work on all my cars, and have a small set of tools I carry along with me as well.
As a sidenote, +1 to SharkWerks for any mod or maintenance needs, they are beyond a standup shop and have dealt with my incessant questioning, visits and giving me loads of advice for when I make my purchase. They steered me away from a Cayman S and lead me down the path to now waiting for the right time for a GT3. A little off-topic, I am loving the shirt, stickers and plate frame Alex, they look amazing!

I would highly recommend Bauer Porsche in Oakland. They just installed a KW v3 in my car and did a great job. The shop is not fancy at all but they know their stuff and are very honest. During the KW install they accidentally broke a brake line and they told me about it and replaced it with new parts/bleed brakes at their cost.
