For those that who wants to do a drive and then the working gtg at F1, please PM me.

 

There is a plan change... we will not do a drive on Sunday but still will do a working GTG. I'll not have much internet access tomorrow; so please PM f1crazydriver for time and directions.

 

I'm going to be on a bike ride with a member from 7:30 AM till about 10 AM. So If everyone shows up after 10:15 that would be nice. I PM everyone whom wanted to be part of the GTG they have my address. Hope to see you guys then

Completely understandable! I never really got a chance to check out your cab up close, next time, I'll make a point to. Although from what I did see I must say its one of the (very) rare times I've ever liked non-gray/black leather in a car, it works extremely well with the red. Being away from my fiance, all I do on my off time is read about cars, so I guess that helps, haha =)

Sorry I missed it -- Sounds like it was a fun GTG. Looking forward to hearing about all the repairs/upgrades that were made.

The spring install did not get finished. Had a few issues that slowed us down. 3 out of 4 are installed. Only the drivers side front left to do. So now I got to go back to get it finished. Good learning experience overall. Good thing I only live a few miles away.

Next time we do this, I'll help on somebody elses car instead of hoggin all our time with my car

 

3/4 ain't bad. I wish I could watch and take pic of how it was done, but the car was too closed to the wall, and it wouldn't fit 3 people there. GL with the install.

 

Yeah we were kind of crammed over there in the second garage bay for the first spring. For the rears we moved the car into the main garage bay and did both sides at the same time. A lot more room to work there. Hopefully the last one goes in easier.
