Thinking about sending my 3076r's to get rebuilt as GTX's. The claim I heard was the same power of a gt35 with the spool of a gt3076. Very temping! I have PTE 5857 ball bearing turbos that I will be trying, I was told by more then a few import guys that the 5857 with its billet wheel out preforms a gt35.

Tim you will love the PT5857's. I had the journal bearing with billet wheel and the power was awesome. Judging by the way power was climbing per psi we could make 1000rwhp easy at 33-35psi with the stock setup, granted the motor would probably explode (stock motor that is). I have them just in case my new turbos are to lazy.

I have the ball bearing ones.. I also went with the biggest compressor housings. No water lines needed its a aircooled turbo! I do not like adding the additional heat load of the turbos to a cooling system that was not designed for it.
