the duct removal was pain free just p;ace a plastic shoe horn in the bottom front corner of the scoop (it comes out ez) then follow the pics pm me for questions

I would like to do all this CF work but I'm too ****. No supplier makes all the pieces a person could want and when you start mixing and matching you get different weaves, different colors, different finishes.
I'm always afraid I'll end up with a jumbled up mess that looks like it was put together by blind people.

Looks really nice. For the 996TT, is the splitter primary for looks or is there an airflow benefit as well? I know that the 997s have splitters, but I was just wondering about the trade between potentially smoother airflow and the additional blockage of the opening. Anyone know for sure for our cars?

Well, we all know that looking fast can be just as much fun and rewarding as going fast .

I agree....just like when the car has been washed and detailed.

oops to give credit by installing the correct way i meant two way tape was not the safe way imo and that is how i installed them the 1st time. i copied a thread on this board and it worked perfect except i used a shoehorn to remove the scoops
