There has to be supporting circumstances to validate "reckless driving". Tailgating is not and 85 mph by itself usually would not be unless there are certain road conditions to support (ie wet roads, road work etc). However my suspicion is that he is using the combination of the two in which case if you could prove him wrong in one or both, you'll more than likely walk away with nothing more than the hassle of going to court. Just make sure you do your homework. Your goal should be at the very least to discredit his work much less prove him flat wrong. Good luck. Been there done it............

Don't worry!! I received 2 tickets in a 2 week succession in Miami. Just have a lawyer go to court for you and he'll get you out of them so that points do not get deducted. I used Xico's guy, you'll be fine, no worries.

Important things to remember.
Keep those photos and more importantly, make sure they are printed out with the time stamps on them so that they are credible. You may also want to take additional photos that show a mile marker with something that is in those pics as well so you can relate a time, a place and a condition. That is very important.
