have fabspeed and techart, both in their quieter version.
fabspeed is louder than the techart, but has greater power gains.
a little more drone at lower rpm for fabspeed, but is throatier and better burble.
at full throttle, both make very satisfying notes.... techart is a little more staccato...

my 2 cents.

The Europipe and Cargraphic are much better and they do cost more. You're driving a P car not a Honda right?

For less $$ get the Remus over the Fabspeed, the sound is great and not as obnoxious as the Fabspeed.

Yes I have tried both before on my car.

If I had to do it over I would go straight for E-Pipe or C-Graphic.
Mike,

Which exhaust makes the most hp and do you have dyno proof to back this up?

Just curious, don't take this the wrong way!

I am pretty sure that every aftermarket exhaust for the Turbo is great... you can't go wrong. Personally, I would get the AWE exhaust.

Had both the Fabspeed Quiet and the AWE on the car (cab) within the last month. The Fabspeed Quiet was just too loud. The interior resonation at the high 2K RPM was simply unbearable. Took it off after one hour. The AWE is MUCH, MUCH quieter. You should definitely listen to whatever you want to make sure you can live with it.

Pricewise, The AWE is a few hundred more than the Fabspeed Quiet, and the Europipe is about $1k more than AWE.

Its not all about power Buddy . Fabspeed (loud) has more resonence than my straight pipes did!! I have hearing loss from my straight pipes... Get where I am going with this . I am very happy to sacrafise 5HP to not go deaf and be able to listen to my radio and carry on a conversation

Get the Cargraphic Super Sound Export version. BEST sounding exhaust bar none. No resonance and was tested to make just as much power as the Fab. No offense to anyone, but the Fab sounds like **** in both versions. Europipe is heavy and mine at least had WAY more resonance than the Cargraphic and wasn't very loud on the outside, only the drone on the inside.

Here again are some exhaust clips of my Cargraphic exhuast.

Be sure to right click, "save copy as", and save to your desktop. Play the video from there or they will appear choppy and won't sound right:

This proves the point that exhaust appreciation is highly subjective. My experience with Europipe (Stage II, Loud) is just the opposite. True, there is no weight savings, but the sound is outstanding, there is no resonance or drone in the cabin, and nobody who has heard my car from the outside would describe it as quiet.

Unless you want to risk being displeased, or switching out your exhaust one or more times (as a number of board members have done), it is imperative that you listen to several exhausts in person before you make your selection, even if it means you have to travel to do so. Otherwise you're just rolling the dice.
