The owner just moped the floor with my assistant and told her not to order from them again, that we are harassing them and that there has been too many phone calls emails, blah blah blah go figure Didn't think that trying to pay someone would be harassment...

guys, here is the end result, Kevinmacd over at rennlist recomended Grainger.com who where AWESOME to deal with!!! Paid via credit card over the phone in under 2 minutes!!!
