Angry Car just died on me! Won't start...

Hey guys, is there some special way to charge the bettery on our car? I woke up this morning and when I turn the ignition is just makes a really bad noise and wont start up. Tried jumping it... didn'tn do anything. Is it a bad starter? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you have a dead battery. Open the bonnet/trunk and remove the plastic housing at the top (little plastic *****) and you will see the battery underneath. Throw the charger on there for an hour or so and then give it another shot. This is very common on the 996tt. Hope this helps.

Did you try jumping it right to the battery under the hood?

If your battery is really low, leaving the other connected for 5-10 minutes before starting will usually do the trick.

Anyone know why BTW?
