Question Draining Oil from Turbos

So, as some of you read in a previous thread, I changed my oil myself for the 1st time on the Turbo. It went well, but I didn't drain the turbos.

I'm going to change my oil again in probably about a month (but not the filter again since it's so recent). I want to drain the small amount of oil from the turbos' reservoir.
I know I open them with an 8mm Allen wrench.

My question is:
After I open the turbos to drain, is there a new washer or bolt that I need to put back on? (i.e. like the new copper washer that goes on the tank after a drain)

Or do those bolts just go right back in and tightened down w/ the Allen wrench?

I would change those, too. Also, I would never change the oil and leave in an old filter, regardless of mileage. It's too cheap, and why contaminate the new oil?

True regarding the filter.

So to answer my original question, is there a new seal or washer I have to buy for the drain on the turbo reservoirs?

Scott,
Replace the washers at the turbo reservoirs, the oil tank and the block drain plug. I belive the reservoir washers are copper.
Always replace the filter.
