Mattyrae is infamous around these parts

How many guys are using these for those like me that run without front plates? They also paint the black bumperettes, but I am assuming a good paint shop can do this for a lot less.

Yes, I have them - the price is ridiculous, but they do arrive in the right colour and ready to install. If you don't want to screw around, that's the way to go. If you have the right paint, you could probably make something up for under $5 doing it yourself..

Anything needed to install them? Need them for my GT2 on the way. Do you have to drill the bumper out a bit?

The guy that owns the place started out over 10 years ago and has an awesome rep. Personally, I run a custom front bumper without holes for a plate, but I know I've never seen a bad report on this place.

I'm hundreds of dollars into tickets for the lack of a front plate but I'll gladly pay them for the clean look...

I recommend them, a bit pricey, but I got my wiper delete plug and it matches very well!

The rear bumperettes any body shop can paint but the front plugs are a good idea...or you can clearbra the front over the two little square holes which is what I did..

my car didn't come with rear bumperettes since it's a Euro car, but they were added State side as a provision by the importing dealer, you still have access to the tow hook when removed, and they were body color from the importer.

Hey buddy! For your clearbra, what did you do, just the front bumper, or did you do some or all of the hood? Mirrors? Rocker panels? What did it run you? I was kind of curious if I should clearbra, and then fill the holes with the bumper plugs?

^^^ front bumper, trunk in matte, half fenders, wheel arch backs, mirrors, fronts of the rear wheel arches...

I used the new Avery Nano film, it's been great so far...

your price will vary depending on what your installer chooses to charge you...so don't know what to say on that, I've seen the total cost range from 800 or 900 upto 1200 and higher...depending on the installer and amount/type of material used...

Some might say they are 'expensive'... but then, what's your time worth? Especially if they do not come out as expected.
