As usual, Markski (911tuning) went above and beyond (sorry mods, ya'll must be tired of these Markski props threads)
I have his custom race catless exhaust on my 996tt tiptronic (been running his exhaust for ~6 months) and randomly noticed my entire exhaust tip was missing. No clue how it happened...Marek didn't care. He told me to ship the exhaust to him (he even offered to send me a box)...complete turn around in a week (including shipping both ways). Exhaust comes back perfect, he even polished the other tip! He even walks me through the install.
Thanks Marek!

Ben, spray some wd-40 or something on the screw so you do not strip it...

Might be a bit picky, but in considering mods for my eventual 996TT, is there no way to tuck the tips up closer to the bumper/valence instead of having them hang 1-2" or so below the cutouts?

Looks like there's still 1.5-2" of clearance to tuck the tips in even further up.

Maybe it was install...as this pic off the website looks more like what I had in mind:

Thats what I was trying to say: in order to sit flush the tips would need to be more like the OEM tips (as the opening isn't a rectangle), but even these 911tuning tips could be tucked up tighter by atleast another inch...

He ordered the non rolled tips... he needs to move it up and align it properly with the bumper ... those are dual 3"... so fitment is important... he also needs to get a tool for that V band.. the impact driver is no the way to go lol
