When doing blow thru....

Im sure couple ways to do it, but.... When doing blow thru set up what is done with stock intake? Not filter and box, but the intake and tubing. Obviously it can be removed, but can it stay in location? If it is removed what has to be plugged or changed? If it is not removed what has to be plugged or changed? What about F pipe removal and relocating diverted valves to y pipe or IC? It looks like there is 2 MAF's one on intake side and one just before TB. Do you just need one with blow thru? The more crap u can get out of that engine bay the better! Pictures would be great!!!
