Chad, have you run DA on the car to measure comparative performance with different tire setups? It'd be interesting to see a limit when you're "optimized" and beyond that level, you're realizing diminishing returns.
If you've run data, have you perhaps made notes to track tire sizes, types and accompanying alignment setups? Since you're not racing "pro" (I'm assuming) and this is more of a project, it'd be interesting to see some analysis in this category if you're comfortable sharing.

Oak,
Here is an oversteer correction suggestion list.
Oversteer...... Push, plowing, front tires slide out first. Usually slight understeer is safer.
1) Raise front tire pressure.
2) Lower rear tire pressure.
3) Soften front shocks. Stiffen Bump.
4) Stiffen rear shocks.
5) Lower front end.
6) Raise rear end.
7) Widen front track.
8) Install shorter front tires.
10)Install taller rear tires.
11)Install wider front tires.
12)Install narrower rear tires.
13)Soften front sway bar.
14)Stiffen rear sway bar.
15)More front toe out.
16)Reduce rear toe in slightly.
17)Increase front negative camber.
18)Increase positive caster.
19)Soften front springs.
20)Stiffen rear springs.
21)May need more front suspension travel.
22)Install wider front wheels.
23)Use softer front compound if possible.
24)Use harder rear compound if possible.
25)Remove weight from front of vehicle.
26)Add weight to rear of vehicle.
27)Drive a different line.
28)Use weight transfer to your advantage.
29)High Speed. Increase front wing downforce.
30)Too much front brake.
31)Vehicle is TWITCHY at limit and hard to keep ahead of in the steering department.
32)Lower front and rear tire pressures slightly.
33)Suspension may be too stiff.
34)Shocks may be set too firm.
36)Tires may be old or hard.
37)Vehicle may not have enough suspension travel.
38)Vehicle may have a toe problem front or rear.
39)Increase negative camber front and rear if possible.
A properly set up vehicle will usually push slightly on corner entry, be fairly neutral at the apex (STEADY STATE) and exhibit slight power oversteer on corner exit. Tight courses may require more oversteer, fast tracks understeer.
Whoever said it was easy to properly setup your car. Then different driving styles require different setups.

Here is an example of the type of mods we incorporated in the liner to make the 265's work without rubbing. With the MPSC's, the wider the wheel, the more the tire is spread and the more liner mods required. In addition the fenders required rolling and the radiator brackets needed to be moved forward. Bare in mind we also lowered certain parts.

I have infrared sensors on a tire and a caliper. I can share data later this week if people are interested.

What are you doing w/the brake temp info?
Why aren't sensors at all 4 tires or are they?
Do you have sensors aimed at outer/middle/inner sections so you can measure alignment, suspension and tire pressure effects on tire temp across the contact area?
Tim, I'm really excited about this. This is really what data collection is all about. Real-time measurements of tire temps across the tires is the key. This might be a topic for a whole different thread.

Yes, S Car Go does makes make the kit/parts. Contact Rob. This is the best way to go when incorporating spacers.
