996TT Upgrades - 4 Errors HELP / RESOLVED

Hi,

After the turbos, intake (Ypipe+Plenum) and others upgrades (https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...yno-628hp.html) the car on the ABS+PSM lights

the Porsche mechanic cleaned all the errors an drove the car.

After 30 kilometers in low speed the ABS+PSM lights turns on!

He connects the Porsche toll and detects 4 errors with codes:

-1109
-1250
-P0103
-5525

What do you think about it?

Thanks,

ABS and PSM lights can be MAF or one of the boost pipes blew off and there is a massive boost leak

Looked at those codes and it points to an air leak/boost leak.

The MAF is new. The mechanic try another one but the problem persist.

If the car has a leak the turbos pressure stay normal? My car do 1.2/1.3 bar without problem!

I read some information about these error codes. I will go check leaks and the throttle body.

Thanks,

pressure test the car... he probably created boost leaks after installing the plenums etc...
you need to do pressure tests from TB and the turbos... 20 to 25 psi ...
your issues will surface instantly...

here is what you need...

I just had the same codes (first 3) pop up on mine. Sometimes it drove ok with no code, sometimes it didnt.

Mine was a small vacuum line connected to the check valve that leads to the DV. It slipped off and I replaced the whole thing. Took me a while to find it. I took the bumper off checking for boost leaks twice since none of the visible boost hoses were leaking.

Also found that the y-pipe clamp had a small leak.

The ecu asks for a certain boost level and the turbos will try to maintain it... even with a leak... either way you should do a boost leak test....

JG GT500 is infamous around these parts
Upgrades completed a month ago ... why isn't the answer to the problem - take it back to the shop that did the upgrades and have them find and fix the leak?

I have 2 problems. The car errors and the mechanic.

The mechanic told me that need help to resolve the issues.

After read your opinions I skope with him. He will go do a leak test.

Since the car has the errors that I've been asking him to do a leak test. But he told me all the tima that the problem isnīt a leak.

It is very difficult to do this kind of upgrades here. The mechanic has no experience.

Thank you all for your precious help ...

Thanks,

Markski,

These errors don't appear with the car stopped (neutral gear).
I start the motor and press the accelerator for several times (until 5000/6000 rpm) with the car stopped no problem. If I run slowly or fast the problem could appear in the first mile or some times I run several miles fast (turbos go to 1.2 bars) without problems.

If the car has a leak (although the car stopped) it was supposed the problem appear and the ABS+PSM light turn on? Or the leak failure only appear when the car is in movement?

I verify that these errors appear immediately when I start run (first gear @ 1500 rpm) in the morning with the motor "cold".

With these tests can I conclude that the problem or leak is in the plenum?

Thanks,
VS

If you have a boost leak, your turbos will continue to spool faster to meet the ECU's demand for boost. You will continue to see the 1.2-1.3bars EVEN though your turbos are spinning WAY faster then they normally would to meet that demand, because all of your "boost" is blowing out the leak and not into your manifold. The ABS/PAM lights are the MAF's way of telling you that you have a sh*tload of air coming in, but the MAP sensor is not seeing an increase in manifold pressure. This = boost leak.
