Wow what a read! Dan and Mark, I feel sorry for the hassles you are going through but the real killer is you will never get paid interest or late charges or fully at all.. Best of luck and as one member stated "Stone him"!

Best of luck catching this guy. Having been scammed for over a grand on a computer when I was still in college and broke really sucked so I feel for you guys. It's all about the principle.

We are being paid back after the help 6speed has given us. Pretty interesting the small world circle we live in now. Lets see once the payment arrives. The rest is up to the authorities.

Wow, I only sent $75 for a center console to Jeff a while back, but did get a refund - maybe a good cop/bad cop act, waiting for the bigger fish?
Here is my communication with him through paypal, he did refund to the last dollar:

Joining thread just to follow along. This is really interesting. Vivid Racing just became a business I want to deal with after seeing how they are handling this. Scammers and thieves hurt us all. I've been buying and selling stuff through the internet for years. Stuff like this makes people not want to take chances.

Tony, I agree with you most of the time but I am going to have to disagree this time...prosecution is what is important at this point and exactly why we need to keep private communications private
